So I placed an online order last night 2/22/24 and when we arrived to pick it up they had not received it. I showed the lady on duty with glasses ( my guess a night shift lead) my conformation and where it had come out of my account. Her words to me was I can take your name and number and have "my boss refund it". We did not get our food nor a refund. Unacceptable in my eyes. The food should have been made considering it has come out of my account.
I love the fact that they are next door to my store but lately you don't get what you pay for. It's gone up in prices and the blizzards don't even go to the top of the cup and the food has just went down
