I was at the DD in Ansonia, CT with my pup to get a donut and pup cup. I just had to put my pup’s brother down during the week, and being that his brother was sad I took him for a ride and treated him to a pup cup. Jesse in Drive Thru was just so nice and was good to my pup that I really appreciated his amazing personality and customer service on this rainy, sad day. We loooooooove our Dunkin! And so do a lot of people… they are a busy location and it’s best to put your order in on the app to help the line move along. They make all the best drinks— refreshers! Matchas! Coffees! They give happy smiles to our dogs when they get pup cups 🐾🐾❤ Thank you Pershing Dunkin!
Guy at the drive thru is a hard solid guy and hard worker. Always calm under pressure and that place gets busy.

Dunkin' offers consistent food and mostly accurate orders, but the drive-thru experience can be slow, taking over 30 minutes on occasion. The staff can be friendly and provide great customer service, with many customers praising the polite and quick service. The food is fresh, and there is a good selection of donuts. However, the restaurant does have a small parking lot, which can make it difficult for customers if drive-thru cars are incoming.
