“The donuts here are excellent - large, with a lot of filling in them - nothing like the small ones at Dunkin'. Unfortunately though, coffee here was just as poor (weak) as coffee at Dunkin'. Of course, if you find Dunkin' quality coffee acceptable, then this coffee will be fine, but to me it was a disappointment.“

“The young woman at Dunkin was great. Our power is out and my dog wouldn’t eat her dry food. She’s used to me cooking chicken and veggies but can’t. She was so sweet to make me an egg and a knife for me to cut it up.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“

“My favorite Dunkin store. The team at 945 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611, are truly magnificent. The team of Fatima, Irum, Nadia, Sara, and Parao, are the most kind and helpful service staff I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my 26 years in Trumbull. They know exactly how I like my coffee and greet me every time I walk in the shop with a heartfelt hello. Hands down the best coffee, muffin, and bagel shop in Trumbull i.e. Fairfield County. Thank you for the tremendous customer service!“

“I have gone to this particular Dunkin a few days a week since I have moved to the area about a year ago.
Consistent quality in both customer service and food/drinks. The staff has always been polite and oriented towards getting the customers order correct even if some days it seems they are stressed or busy!

“I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Jessica and Maria at Dunkin’. They provide exceptional service every time we come in. They are always smiling, always happy, and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond.
Every time my family and I visit, especially when my kids are with me, Jessica and Maria always take care of us and make us feel welcomed. They bring so much joy and kindness to the store, and honestly, they are one of the main reasons we keep coming back to this location.
I really hope management recognizes them because they absolutely deserve it. Thank you, Jessica and Maria, for your kindness, hard work, and amazing customer service!“

“I was at the DD in Ansonia, CT with my pup to get a donut and pup cup. I just had to put my pup’s brother down during the week, and being that his brother was sad I took him for a ride and treated him to a pup cup. Jesse in Drive Thru was just so nice and was good to my pup that I really appreciated his amazing personality and customer service on this rainy, sad day. Thank you Jesse for putting a smile on mine, and Chico’s face early this morning! Plus the Pup Cup looked so good and Chico definitely gobbled it up!“
