As someone who worked for this particular Dunkin for 15-years. yes. We try. We Are human. I always loved seeing my regulars, and it has gone through periods of good and not so good staff as well as management. But that's every company. I still enjoy the cold brew coffee very much. Keep up the awesome work guys! I know how hard you work!
