Been here many times. What separates Broken Symmetry from many other breweries is not only do they have EXCELLENT beer - but the food is outrageously good! As a perfect example: how do you reinvent the BLT? You add Burrata and truffle balsamic to some very fantastic bacon and perfectly grilled bread. Be careful when you bite into this - your eyes will roll up into your head in pure ecstasy! Paired this with Warp Core. BRAVO guys! Another epic gastro fest!!
Broken Symmetry is one of our favorite places to perform! The food is outstanding, and the menu is always top notch, with creative new items rotating in every week. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes everything feel easy and enjoyable. There’s such a great energy there and honestly, there’s really nothing else like this place. We’re always grateful to be there!
Broken Symmetry has always been one of my favorite spots in town and I always look forward to going! Not only does Chris brew state-of-the-art beers, but I am a big fan of their rotating menus (especially those desserts, eyeball those!!), welcoming/accommodating staff, and the family-friendly and community based center of town. I am always in awe with the variety of events they always host (book clubs, plant nights, big bands, etc), so I always feel like there’s everything...
