“Don Roque Garage is a gem. The place's aesthetic is great, but what truly impressed me was the quality of the ingredients. You can immediately tell the food is made with fresh, high-quality products, and the value for what you get is excellent.

I started with the Greek yogurt with chia, which was fresh, light, and absolutely delicious. For breakfast tacos, I swapped the bacon for steak, and the steak was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It completely elevated the tacos.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and since we went shortly after opening at 8am on a Sunday, there was no wait at all — which made the experience even better.

Scrumptious food, amazing ingredients, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back. The Sonora bowl looked absolutely scrumptious and is next on my list to try! Highly recommend.“
