I live in Long Island New York. Every year, we go to Vermont for ski trip in january and always arrange the ferry so we have time to stop at EAT on the way home.
AH NOODLES, NOODLES , AND MORE NOODLES . WHAT CAN I SAY. WE STARTED WITH THE SHRIMPCOCONUT APP. IN A CREAM SAUCE,FOLLOWED WITH SPICY EDAMAME JUST ENOUGH KICK .The STEAMED DUMPLINGS (came on a bed of red cabbage shredded) AND A SAUCE . NOT MUCH FLAVOR IN THAT.

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve had a ton of the appetizers and my coworkers have had a few dishes. My favorite is the curry chicken noodle soup. The only issue is that the broth isn’t always consistent. Besides that everything else usually is consistent!
