El Morivivi Restaurant Reviews
The ladies in the front are great! Food is great too a bit too pricey though and the owner has a nasty attitude. Other than that good place. Only go there to get certain things as I said he is overpriced.
The food is great, it's a good thing I don't live closer because I would probably die from clogged arteries. But man it is good to indulge every now and again! The pork is so good!
Nice spanish food

El Morivivi Restaurant in Bridgeport, CT offers delicious Spanish and Puerto Rican food, recognized as one of the "last good Spanish joints" in the city. This small restaurant is located in a residential area that may not seem appealing at first, but the food is highly praised. While parking can be a challenge due to limited street options and high demand, the wait is worth it for the fresh, tasty meals. Customers report that the inside is clean and well organized, with fast and friendly service. The restaurant may not have an abundance of seating, but it always has food available, even if it needs to be freshly prepared.
The menu features great authentic fried Puerto Rican foods such as bacalaitos (cod fritters), alcapurrias, rellenos de papa (potato balls filled with meat), empanadas, and morcilla (blood sausage), among others. Many loyal customers, some visiting for over 30 years, recommend trying the empanada-like dish, which is highly regarded. Despite the challenges, the restaurant is known for its fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned meals, making it a must-try for anyone in the area.
