FIVE stars is just not enough for Nicholas Shope and his team at Fitzgerald Fine Catering. From start to finish, they went above and BEYOND for our wedding. Fitzgerald Catering catered our wedding in April 2023 at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center Farmhouse. Nicholas was great at communicating leading up to the event and flexible and accommodating for dietary restrictions. We had an all vegan/vegetarian buffet and we had multiple guests (meat eaters) compliment the food - it was such a hit! We hired Fitzgerald's to do a funeral repast. We were very pleased and impressed with every aspect of their service. Several people texted us to tell us how much they enjoyed the food.
