“I have had the opportunity to work with Along Came Carol Catering and The Nook on more than one occasion, beginning with a beautifully curated 50th birthday dinner, and most recently through another meaningful celebration, my foundation's Warrior Mom Brunch.

You could walk right past Fairfield Avenue in Fairfield, Connecticut and completely miss this hidden gem and honestly, I love that about it. Carol may not appreciate me saying this, but there is something special about a place that feels exclusive, like you have to be in the know.

And then there is Carol’s culinary brilliance. I have never seen a menu so extensive. Soups, pastas, chicken dishes, creative combinations you did not even know existed. The choices can honestly become overwhelming in the best possible way because just when you think you know what you want, Carol introduces something that completely changes your mind.
