The smoothies stayed perfectly fresh even through my hour+ drive to treat my friend to lunch. She was amazed by the onion bread with the nut lentil burger, as well as the spring rolls. Mind you, she is an elderly woman and the concept of raw vegan preparation had never been introduced to her. She was very impressed. The total was pricey but that should be expected for the ingredients, especially since they are organic, and since the cooking methods take a lot of preparation effort.“
