“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“
“Not sure who the lady that took my order was. Went through the drive thru 5/20 @6:35. Lady was very rude not just to me but the car in front of me. Pretty sad I like that Dunkin. Wish I got her name or id call this in. The rest of the staff was very nice though“
“We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!“

“Yes I have to say the last 2 months I been very happy going to Dunkin every morning back 3 months ago I would place mobile order thru drive thru I get there to pick it up store says they open 4:30 it was 5:05 every single morning it was all different times opening I just want to say wow what a great young lady Mrs.Julie is always has my mobile order ready and that store is open every morning I come there what a great person and how friendly she always is.“

“I just stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time last week, the first week of October of 2023. The store near me, never has what I want they're always out of it or they only get certain things on certain days. When I went to the Brooklyn Dunkin' Donuts, I found they had apple cinnamon filled donuts everyday. The one that I go to, doesn't, they only have them on Saturdays. I'd say it's a win-win for Brooklyn.“
