“Got loud which is the normal for this restaurant after 6 pm on weekends. App was very good. Desert was outstanding. Pulled pork sandwich and burger was way too covered in sauce making the bottom bun so soggy you cant eat it. French fries were cold when served.“

P.S. - My daughter has worked here for years and the owners treat their employees very well! As for the person who posted a review below…the check/money were found in a dishwasher bucket, they got swiped up by accident. (But regardless, it never would’ve taken it out of her paycheck, even if it had been stolen.) The customer deleted their post after Gus’s reached out. “Food is way better than I thought it would be based on the "dive bar" vibes from outside. Not exactly 5 star dining, but very good food from a small town tavern. I recommend the burnt ends! Price is reasonable for what you get. I guess it's another case of "don't judge a book by its cofer."“

“Ate here last night for the first time. WOW! I had the prime rib sandwich and it was delicious. The bun was toasted and slightly buttery. Through other members in our group had the chicken Parmesan dinner and they all agreed it was fabulous. I had a chocolate cream pie made by Keith’s. As a retired pastry chef I can absolutely say that it was amazing… crust, chocolate cream and whipped cream. 5 stars!!!“
