“Stopped in an emergency as I needed something to eat ASAP. The young man behind the counter (9/7/22 around noon) was one of the most pleasant people I’ve run into in a long time. He genuinely acted like he was thrilled to serve you. Super pleasant, kind and attentive. Thank you!Also the sandwich was fantastic.“

“Caine's is it pretty basic fast food experience that you go to if you want that experience. So in that sense, you know what you're getting into.

So if you're in the mood for chicken fingers and fries and maybe like a piece of Texas toast or coleslaw, do they do a good job? Yeah more often than not! I haven't had a bad order from this location but I also don't think that this chain is the best in fried chicken out there. Still, if I want one box with all that stuff in it, I know where I'm going.“

“Fabulous tapas food and wide variety of choices on the menu. Very personable bartender who serviced us well despite a busy evening. While we had a table reservation, the restaurant was not able to accommodate us at a table, but could at the bar. Despite the confusion around where we would be seated, a good experience with very good food.“

“I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations, but I feel like at the Southington location the service was the best! I was actually greeted when I walked in, which was nice. “I work near by and i come here for lunch on break and the laddies and gentlemen here always give me hands down the best customer service, today i witnessed a customer come in and berate the staff and they handled her professionally and gracefully, I just want to thank the staff for being so kind to everyone no matter who the customer is, they don’t deserve to be yelled at and they were so graceful with the irate customer, MAJOR props to the staff here. “This is The Best McDonald's in Plainville (there are two) and probably one of the best ones you could visit. Their food is always remarkably fresh & the staff is pleasant & professional. We don't eat fast food often but if we do, it's guaranteed we won't be disappointed.“

“The service was excellent at 11pm. The woman who took my order and gave me my food was pleasant and upbeat.
My food on the other hand, sucked. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, no tomato or pickles. The preparation of my sandwich was spot on, except for the chicken. It was hard as a rock. Had the hardest time just trying to take one bite out of it. You could tell it was old and sitting around for a while.
Total waste of $10.“

Tonight the man working was helping a woman before us, she waited until the last second to complain about how the worker made her sandwich and she said “Your manager will be hearing from me” when he said “do you want me to remake it?” she said “no. let me pay so I can leave.”The man working tonight at this store on 5/23/24 was very kind to us, was attentive and made our sandwiches perfectly. He did not deserve to be treated like this by the previous customer. I hope he does not get reprimanded for it. Thank you!“

“The flavor is amazing. So many to choose from, they don’t skip on the toppings either. The French fries are so crispy, and they make their own ranch dressing in house. It is amazing. The staff is so kind and respectful. Don’t judge the ammount of ranch I add on 😂. But in all seriousness I hope this restaurant thrives because their portions and flavors are one of a kind.“
