Food was ok. Didn’t care for the salsa.
Enjoyed my birthday dinner with family and friends. Food was great, my Mojito was absolutely delicious. All of our meals (8) were served at the same time, no one had to wait. All were very good. Excellent service! Will definitely be back.
Excellent service, food and drinks every time we come here. Food is always very fresh. Highly recommended.

Picante’s Canaan is a hidden gem in the area. The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, especially the molcajete entrees and the whole Branzino fish with roasted vegetables and green salad. The flavors and spices in each dish are fantastic, and the salsa is the best in the tri-state area—smoky, spicy, and perfectly balanced. Drinks are made with fresh ingredients, like the delicious Mojito, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Expect excellent service, quick seating, and prompt care. The ambiance is very good, with white table linen and a very clean setting. A must-visit restaurant that deserves more recognition, whether you try the Mexican or Italian side of the menu.
