“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!“

“Not sure who the lady that took my order was. Went through the drive thru 5/20 @6:35. Lady was very rude not just to me but the car in front of me. Pretty sad I like that Dunkin. Wish I got her name or id call this in. The rest of the staff was very nice though“
