The chef made us goat curry and paneer curry, adjusting the spice levels perfectly to our preference and even suggesting the best dishes to try. “Yes, I would go there again. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Don’t recommend the corned beef hash - while it tasted very good, it was the tiniest portion I’ve seen anywhere.“

“Our recent school staff's Christmas celebration was an amazing success due to the wonderful amenities provided by this establishment. Their service staff were so attentive to everybody's needs and their courteous service made me feel right at home. Let's not forget the delicious food served in their buffet line! The buffalo wings, drumsticks, and pulled pork were so delicious, it was impossible to resist countless returns to the buffet line. The space that my school was allowed to use was adequately spacious and comfortable for the group size of over 40 in attendance. There was even space available for a small musical ensemble to perform and dance floor to jam to the music. Restroom facilities were kept in utmost state of cleanliness! Hops44 is certainly a place to go to with family or for special celebrations. I'm grateful for the positive experience your staff was able to provide and for the delicious food served at this restaurant. Keep up the awesome work You're doing!“

“I came to CT for a visit recently to see the old home town of Lebanon CT. My girlfriend and I used visit Mama's Pizza regularly back about 35 years ago when we were in our late teens. I just love coming to a restaurant that has stood the test and has not changed it's values or it's awesome flavorful menu. The staff very pleasant and always ready to help at anytime. Thank you all for helping to relive a part of our lives that is very near and dear to both our hearts.“

“Let me start by saying we live in Coventry and Kathmandu has delivered hot delicious food to our home time and time again! This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! In the past we've had curry lamb, tomato soup, tom yam soup, lolipop chicken, fried rice, and aloo paratha. Make your way through the whole menu, you won't be disappointed!“

That being said, I must say that this is an amazing place to eat. The portions are amazing and so is the taste. The atmosphere reminds me of what a diner should be. “My husband and I went to the restaurant for the first time last night. When we got there, we found that they could only do take out at the present time. There was a nice gentleman (cook) and he told us they need waiters/ host before they can get back to the way things were before COVID. We placed our order and told it would be ready in 30 minutes. The plus side is, they have to cook everything "made to order" so our food was nice and fresh and DELICIOUS!! Hopefully now that UCONN is back in session they will get some good employees and be able to have "dine-in" again.“

“This is no joke hands down the best Chinese I have ever had. I have never sat down in a Chinese place like this before but I’m glad I did. You want this food fresh and fresh is what it was! Boneless ribs, immaculate, general tsos, egg rolls, rice, fried wantons, all the best I ever had. Not one single disappointment. Ohhhh and it was only 58 bucks for my entire meal with a scorpion bowl….talk about budget dinner. Amazing 5 stars!!“

“Found this place after leaving a Ren. Fair, but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was phenomenal, I got a Philly cheesesteak w/ fries, my wife got Blacked Chicken Penne, and my god - the blackened chicken penne was TO DIE FOR. If I was a prisoner about to be led to the electric chair, this blackened chicken penne would be my choice for last meal. This dish was incredible, super tasty, very good sized portion, with just a little hint of spice. It is an explosion of deliciousness.

I saw some of the previous reviews as we were stepping in and was apprehensive about the food but we had no issues with the food or service. Everything was served hot and our server lady was gave us friendly and quick service. We went to Japan earlier this year and felt the restaurant did a decent job with the karaage and ramen - we will return!“

“I came here last night for the first time after a recommendation and so glad we did cause they did not disappoint. The decor is a little dated however we have the nicest waitress Natasha who made the evening so great. She was very prompt and friendly and really funny. The food portions were a generous size and everything we had was really good. We never once asked for water refills, she just kept them coming. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Will be returning to our new local favorite spot in the very near future and hopefully will get the same amazing waitress.“

“My family was passing through the area and we decided to stop. We were not disappointed. The gluten free pizza was excellent! The veal piccata and penne alla vodka were delicious. The chicken parm sub was cooked perfectly with a lightly toasted roll. And the chick-fil-A quesadillas were tasty with a hint of sweet. We all also took home leftovers for a good price. It was so good that if we are passing through again we will definitely stop here!!“
