“We had our wedding catered for our 9/9/22 wedding and Joy and her crew were amazing!!!!!! The food was absolutely delicious and the execution of it all was gorgeous!!!! Joy goes above and beyond from start to finish and everything was flawless!!!! The whole staff were so attentive and kind!!! So professional as well as feeling like we are amongst friends, La Cucina is just incredible at what they do!!!! Ryan & Jeanine Massiello 🫶🏼“

“The food was great BUT.... when the man arrived with the food it was expected that my party guests and I unload the truck AND set up the catering trays! When booking the event no one informed that I would to need to provide my own help to get the food set up - I hired a caterer so I didn’t have to do that. It was quite disappointing to realize a bunch of my guests were lugging heavy catering dishes from the truck and trying to find a tool to open and light the sternos! Had I know I would have hired someone to be there to do it instead of making my guests do it. Once the food was set up it was good. The veggie chili was delicious and everyone raved about the BBQ ribs and chicken. I would forego the green beans and lemonade/ice tea. Those things just weren’t worth it. Overall I would recommend them with a caveat that you must know that for the price you’re not guaranteed a full catering setup. Disappointed.“

“Yes it is a gorgeous venue and a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos, but it's much more! It is community and caring. When there was a major catastrophe at an unscrupulous venue, the staff at Aqua Turf not only came through and allowed us to book ( 9 days out!!!) they tended to every detail. The bride was not only relieved of the stress but overjoyed by their generosity! This was a small wedding(smaller than they typically host) but they understood our crazy situation and came through on EVERY level. Definitely book your wedding or other event here. Best people ever!!“

“Bourassa came to the rescue to cater our wedding at the Wadsworth Atheneum after a bad experience with our first caterer. Working with them was a dream. All communication was prompt and straightforward from our first interaction to the day of our wedding. They even sent us a thank you card after we selected them as our caterer, which was a nice, personal touch! They were flexible and willing to work with us to customize the menu and the food was incredible (definitely get the mac and cheese appetizer)! Everyone from our event coordinator, Nikki, to the chefs, owner, and the event staff were so professional and delightful to work with. They were so attentive and detail-oriented on the day of; someone even followed us around with a plate of apps during cocktail hour to ensure we had a chance to eat! We can't thank them enough. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them!“

“La Bella Vista is a spectacular venue we’ve had the good fortune of working at as full-time wedding photographers for several years now. More often than not we are there in the fall with the foliage surrounding us. La Bella Vista is a great location if you are looking for something intimate, elegant, yet comfortable and approachable. On site ceremonies are gorgeous outdoors, and moving to the reception space is wonderful because there is SO much space inside for the entrances and dance floor. One of the highlight’s of everyone’s evening is usually hors d'oeuvres and dessert with both offering countless fantastic options in a beautiful space. One of our favorite aspects of visiting is always the attentive staff and superb coordination. There is always someone looking out for the couple, checking on the progress of the setup, and keeping everything on time. They always look out for us as vendors as well, making sure we get our meals, ensuring we’re ready to go for the next event, and helping with all the little touches when it’s go time for photographing the couple, bridal parties, family and friends. We always recommend La Bella Vista when couples ask for feedback. “I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

“We worked with Karen and her amazing team including her talented head chef Tess for our wedding in Summer 2024, and I literally could not recommend them more highly. We had a complex multi-cultural wedding and we wanted to do something special for our food, so floated the idea of Korean-style rice bowls with delicious mains and tons of vegetables and sauces to Karen. To our delight, she was super energized by the idea and SKBT did everything they possibly could to ensure that our food was absolutely phenomenal and unique, down to the tiniest of details. They also made their own vegan kimchi, which my Korean family complimented highly. Over and over again we heard from our guests how the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and one dear friend said, “this isn’t wedding food, this is HUMAN food” which is exactly what we wanted. Karen and SKBT are competent, creative, detail-oriented, and heartful professionals and we were so excited to work with them to give our loved ones the best meal we could with our budget. “Owning a business, I’ve looked into many meal kit companies for easier & quicker meals due to how busy I get. Box Bistro is by far the best I’ve had! All of the meals fill me up more and taste so much better than the other options out there. Not to mention they’re low calorie & high in protein. I just had the turkey BLT on homemade foccacia, and just raced here to write this review. This is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. They have something special there and I’ll be a frequent consumer!“

“One of our first weddings was at the stunning Aria, and we’ve had the good fortune of working there as full-time wedding photographers over several years now. When you first walk in to the space you are taken aback by the size and scope of the elegant surroundings. We particularly love the staircases and how everything can be used for photography of the couple or as a group. It’s so important to be able to move around freely and get creative with angles for posed and documentary photography, and the space makes this possible. The exclusivity and scope of the venue helps a couple feel very special on their day with so many facets of the property to enjoy in and out. We have yet to photograph a wedding in the new chapel, and we are as excited as anyone to book our first ceremony there soon. Aria also allowed us to do a Christmas fashion photoshoot in their spectacular entrance area with all their beautiful decor, and winter is definitely an incredible season to have a wedding here. Suffice it to say their communication and efforts are superb. Aria has such a deep staff that is always assisting couples, guests, and us as vendors, and I am struggling to recall a time where there was any major issue during any of our weddings.
