“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

“We had BGT for my son’s graduation party yesterday. Everything was wonderful . The pizza was delicious, so many varieties. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Our guests were all impressed and couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the pizza was!! Will definitely use them again for any other events! Highly recommend !!“
“We recently attended a New Haven high school reunion at Lost In New Haven Museum. The Olde World Pizza Truck was hired to serve 70 people. The food and service was excellent. Everybody in attendance commented how good the experience was. The staff was friendly and professional, serving different pies on a timely basis. The salad and Gelato was a nice added touch. There was plenty of extra pizza for the people to take home. All trash was cleared, no extra work. I highly recommend this company.“
“Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. Very organized, clean and so delicious! Wonderful people to talk to! Then they have other services like Gelato Giuliana-between the pizza and the gelato-it is the best of New Haven! “Bourassa went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. The communication and planning was thorough and organized and made sure nothing went unaccounted for. The tasting was incredible with some many amazing options to choose from, it was honestly hard to pick because everything was so amazing. Leading up to the wedding the team made sure every detail was covered, making sure all guests had safe options despite multiple allergies and sensitivities. It put our mind at ease knowing all of our guests could easily find something safe and delicious to eat. The food and service on our wedding day was beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive to guest needs, the food and drinks were incredible, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Most couple often say they barley have time to eat on their wedding day, and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. The staff made sure we had drinks and food whenever we needed and I'm so glad that was the case because all of the food was outstanding. I have had multiple guests rave about how good the food was. I have many engaged friends now inquiring about who we had for catering because they do not want to miss out on hiring Bourassa. I simply cannot recommend Bourassa enough and look forward to hiring them for all of my future events, you cannot go wrong picking them to be apart of your wedding or special event!!“

“Our wedding at Amarante's was a dream come true. Truly. The manager Dominic was exceptionally professional. I felt like our wedding was the only one he was working on! I don't know how he does it. Our maître d' of the evening, Darlene, is a superstar! She executed everything with grace and poise -- always checking in to see if we needed anything. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience or more perfect day. “Shaken and Stirred did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. They were happy to do some custom items by request and all the items were crowd pleasers. We decided to go with Stations instead of a sit-down dinner. Their presentation was amazing and got you excited to eat before the first bite, which was great. Their staff was attentive and friendly. Their bartenders were a lot of fun and went above and beyond the call of duty. One of the owners was overseeing the event himself and made sure it all came together. Highly recommended.“

“We worked with Karen and her amazing team including her talented head chef Tess for our wedding in Summer 2024, and I literally could not recommend them more highly. We had a complex multi-cultural wedding and we wanted to do something special for our food, so floated the idea of Korean-style rice bowls with delicious mains and tons of vegetables and sauces to Karen. To our delight, she was super energized by the idea and SKBT did everything they possibly could to ensure that our food was absolutely phenomenal and unique, down to the tiniest of details. They also made their own vegan kimchi, which my Korean family complimented highly. Over and over again we heard from our guests how the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and one dear friend said, “this isn’t wedding food, this is HUMAN food” which is exactly what we wanted. Karen and SKBT are competent, creative, detail-oriented, and heartful professionals and we were so excited to work with them to give our loved ones the best meal we could with our budget. Thank you Karen and team!“

“I hired Jimmie for my wedding which was in June. He was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big day. He was in communication with my wedding planner because we were having some concerns about the other food truck we booked. Literally during ceremony, we found out our second food truck was not coming. Jimmie called his wife and sister-in-law who immediately drove up to our venue (which is an hour drive from most) to assist him in feeding our whole wedding party. Jimmie stepped up and handled the situation so smoothly , we are so grateful for him. & the pizza was absolutely amazing. Big Mac Pizza!!! He had a variety of pizzas out all night which the guests still rave about. We cannot thank him enough for saving our wedding...without him we would have been without food for our 90 guests.“
“This company is phenomenal. I reached out to Honeyplate on an extremely last minute basis to see if they could help me coordinate (from afar) meals for my sister, who just had a baby. The owner, Josh, called me right away and personally ensured that I was able to get healthy meals to an overwhelmed postpartum mom less than 24 hours after we spoke. The food is also amazing, but that's an accolade I list second solely because it's worth really highlighting the unparalleled integrity and thoughtfulness this company operates with, from the top down. I can't recommend Honeyplate more highly!“
“Afro-Tina came to my wedding on Saturday, October 8th. Their food is so delicious! The empanadas (including tres leches), jerk salmon, sazon chicken, and bbq cauliflower were excellent! Not only is their food flavorful, their staff is super friendly. I can’t thank Ohioma enough for his help. He made me feel at ease. If you choose to go with Afro-Tina, you will be in good hands. Hiring them was the best decision I made for my wedding.“
“One of our first weddings was at the stunning Aria, and we’ve had the good fortune of working there as full-time wedding photographers over several years now. When you first walk in to the space you are taken aback by the size and scope of the elegant surroundings. We particularly love the staircases and how everything can be used for photography of the couple or as a group. It’s so important to be able to move around freely and get creative with angles for posed and documentary photography, and the space makes this possible. The exclusivity and scope of the venue helps a couple feel very special on their day with so many facets of the property to enjoy in and out. We have yet to photograph a wedding in the new chapel, and we are as excited as anyone to book our first ceremony there soon. Aria also allowed us to do a Christmas fashion photoshoot in their spectacular entrance area with all their beautiful decor, and winter is definitely an incredible season to have a wedding here. Suffice it to say their communication and efforts are superb. Aria has such a deep staff that is always assisting couples, guests, and us as vendors, and I am struggling to recall a time where there was any major issue during any of our weddings.
