This is my new #1 spot. Right up there with the best of the best in New Haven and West Haven. In fact, this was so good, I think it may now be better than my favs in New Haven area as many of them are starting to go downhill for getting too popular. Fuoco's is at the top of their game for fans of coal fired Apizza. I now have no reason to go elsewhere!
Finally made it to Fuoco in Cheshire and the pizza absolutely lived up to the reputation. The soppressata was my personal favorite—great flavor, excellent crust, and that perfect char you want from New Haven-style pizza. A shining example of what this style of pizza should be.

Margarita for the win! Felt it was thinner and crispier than the plain cheese pizza. Both phenomenal. Great introduction to New Haven style pizza!!
