My six friends and I went there for breakfast. The coffee, my omelette and homemade hash was good. The service was over the top and the real reason for my review. The place was packed and still the waitresses were hovering around the counter, just watching over the whole place, waiting with coffee refills and observing diners. If you needed anything, they were there. Those older women knew what they were doing and they did it well. I tipped them 25% and they deserved it and more. Please treat them likewise.

Excellent cafe, friendly staff, dog friendly patio, sam sandwich comes with fruit snacks which is weird but okay
We are new to the area & found this gem a pleasant surprise. We were looking for a breakfast place to go to after church. Expecting the typical, greasy eggs & bacon with hash browns, this place was better than we expected. I took a chance on the CA Benny & my husband had "Bob's Breakfast". Honestly, the hollandaise sauce over the eggs was the best I've ever had. It had a hint of lemon in it that made it so savory. My meal also came with a load of fresh fruit. My husband had the sausage patty with his meal & commented that it was unique & flavorful. I have to mention that we ate foodies, so it is sometimes difficult for us to eat out. We mostly cook great meals at home.
We will absolutely return to this breakfast & lunch place! We also found that it was very reasonable!!!
Kid-friendliness: We saw a few families with children. Very friendly & welcoming.

This was possibly the worst meal I have ever had. Sorry to say. Was excited to go to breakfast with my sister who was visiting. I got the eggs with hollandaise sauce. The eggs were so watery they disintegrated when cut, hollandaise sauce was tasteless. How can you make hollandaise sauce without taste? Watery and light and drippy, supposed to be thick and creamy and tangy. Horrible. The eggs were also so small they didn't fill the English muffin. Look at the photo from the review before this, see how small the eggs are. Tasteless, small portion, left hungry and dissatisfied. If I wasn't with my sister I would have complained to the manager. Wasted a lot of money. Went home and had to eat something I was still hungry. Not returning.. Staff was really nice. But not returning, can't afford to throw money away and sad it caused stress with my sister who hates confrontation and wouldn't let me complain.

My experience is this place is warm and inviting. The wait staff are very friendly and welcoming. As an African American I didn’t feel overlooked or like I didn’t exist. My food was amazing. The food presentation invited you to want to try it. My only suggestion would be offer a stronger coffee or more variety because the name suggests the coffee would have more selection and maybe even an international Italian coffee to their menu would be nice. I will say they do have flavor shots for the coffee. However I was pleasantly surprised and impressed overall with everything.
Parking: Parking lot in the back of the building and street parking for a short stay or pick up

I love this restaurant. I try to have breakfast/brunch there every time I visit the area. The food is wonderful. Plates are loaded with delicious fruits that perfectly complement the dish (see photo). Atmosphere is very nice, with cool artistic clocks on the walls, and the service is extremely helpful and kind.
