We had a 35th birthday party at Caius last night. Fire in the Kitchen food truck was our meal. It was amazing! All our guests raved about how good the pizza was, fresh tasty, timely. The chef team was super friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things. Highly Recommended.

Tried them when they were setup at a local apartment complex.It was a bit discombobulated at first, but the pizza came out on time and was perfectly fired. Taste was awesome. Definitely recommend if you get the chance to try them out.

Fire in the Kitchen makes some of the best pies around! And I say this as someone who grew up in a New Haven pizza family, visits Naples twice a year, and whose career is to know great food. Kristen, Matt, Barb, and Sue are awesome. It’s so relaxing to watch them make your pizza before serving it up. Try the Lemon Boi and get hooked!
