Honestly, food is fine, service not so much. Idk why I keep coming back, they have always been late on when orders are so supposed to be picked up. Like how is my sandwich not even started when pick up time is in 24 mins.

Like other people say, I am consistently disappointed in their orders and customer service. I went in tonight on my lunch break. They took the person in front of me’s order and left me standing there while they proceeded to make a ton of other orders. I asked if they could at least take my order since it would have to be made on the grill and would take some time. Employee proceeded to tell me I should’ve ordered ahead on the app, lol. In my experience the app is just as slow.

Really wanted to see them work through the ups and downs of opening up a new spot, training staff, etc before leaving a negative review, but we have been consistently disappointed with our orders. We live in town, so have gotten takeout plenty of times since they’ve opened, and I can only recall being happy with our order ONCE. Our subs have either been sloppy, soggy, wrong or lacking the amount of meat that should be on the subs. Love to see new businesses in Clinton, so I’m hoping the owner makes significant changes after all of the feedback given in these reviews. Otherwise, we’ll drive a little further for a sub worth our money.

I could not be more disappointed I asked 3 times not to have it Mikes way and get my Giant sub home to find out it’s Mikes way and get sick when I eat vinaigrette so had to throw that away because I live in Westbrook and was not driving all the way back.
They offered AMAZING customer service through and through. Sandwich was great too! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

July 26 ordered a number 13 sandwich. It looks delicious. Proceeded to get sick after consuming the sandwich went to the store to get a refund manager told me I’ll only give you a refund if you’re seen by a doctor never going back there again be careful
