Sweet Aroma Coffeehouse & Bakery

I come to this coffee shop often. I've only had two incidents where my drink experience was ruin. Both were do to a lack of mixing/blending. Once, my matcha order wasn't well mixed so I would consume chunks of powder while sipping on my matcha latte. It was a busy time of day for them so I gave them some grace. Another time, I ordered a frozen coffee and it was hardly blended, I had large ice cubes sitting at the bottom of my drink and occasionally the ice would clog my straw. This time they were not busy, just not paying attention. None of these are deal breakers for me and I will continue to go here. The coffee is excellent, the menu is often changing which is refreshing, and the atmosphere is cute (like a local coffee shop should be.) I would recommend this shop and remind you to check your order before leaving to make sure you are happy with it.

Cute little place we stopped in on our way to Mystic! We had the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Sadly, they were out of the first options I asked for, but I was ok with that as I am flexible. We also had iced coffee and it was sweet but good!

Stopped by on our way to Rhode Island—pleasant experience overall. The place offers a wide selection of lattes, including both regular and seasonal options. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This is such a cute coffee shop/bakery! We stopped in to grab a coffee and they had cute stickers and candles for sale too along with baked goodies. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the shop. They staff was very friendly and very kind! We will absolutely be back!

You need to go if you have not been here. It is a hidden gem next to Dine Bank in the CVS plaza. I haven't had food but I have the ice coffee and lattes. Price is great a lot less than the changes in town and so much better service and price.

I appreciate this space. I love that they have non-dairy milk options and also some vegan baked goods. Hard to find that sort of thing out this way, so I’m grateful. Always nice to have an option other than Starbucks. Thanks!

I ordered a latte with hazelnut and honey. I was surprised how white the drink looked. I also noticed they don’t brew the espresso fresh. It was in a coffee urn labeled espresso. So she pumped some of that in and made the drink. Couldn’t even taste any coffee flavor, just overly sweet. Unfortunate waste of money. Expected more from an independent coffee shop. Will never return.

Cute little cafe with small tables as well as seatings outside. The barrister greeted me with a big smile. I ordered a cappuccino and a coffee cake. Both were delicious.

I was driving back from the casino and came across this place. I love that they have a lot of options, but that doesn’t really matter if the execution is lacking. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it seems like it was frozen and she microwaved it for 3 minutes. I took a bite and couldn’t even eat it, flavorless, greasy and barely any bacon. I definitely wish they advertised it not being fresh.

I also ordered a caramel macchiato and it taste like straight milk, borderline no caramel and no vanilla flavoring.

The place is really nice on the inside, but that’s about as far as it goes. I love supporting small businesses, but this one maybe I just had one bad experiencing it Was not my lucky day. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel which they microwave by the way and it’s not a huge deal to be honest if it wasn’t for the fact that when she handed me my food, the bag was literally covered in grease. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t recommend that.. The girl I took my coffee. I ordered today large French vanilla, iced coffee, light and sweet. She didn’t even add any of the flavoring. It was mediocre at best it wasn’t even busy so I don’t know why something so simple was screwed up on like that
