“We recently found Lee's and have been back 3 times in the last month because it is so good, by far the best Chinese food in the area. We love the crab rangoons, the pork fried rice, boneless pork spare ribs, and the sweet and sour chicken as staples. We've also tried the lo-mein, General Tso chicken, Mongolian beef, Mei Fun, and the fried dumplings. All are very good and we would recommend. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu! I was super impressed by how clean the kitchen which I could see from the counter looked. The portions are large and we eat for several meals on the leftovers. Offers takeout only. Not on major delivery apps like Doordash and Ubereats which is a shame.”

A local grocery store cancelled our custom cake with less than 24 hours notice and Motta’s saved the day. The family and staff at the bakery were accommodating, understanding and very kind. My son loved his cake and it tasted amazing! Thank you!”

“The food at Gallo's is by far the best I've had in the area. They took extra care with our vegetarian quesadillas, creating an off-menu special with mushrooms, onions, and peppers, all freshly cooked and packed into fresh and tender corn tortillas. They will make anything in a veggie version and also do gluten-free. The storefront restaurant is modest but has a warm feeling. Gallo's has the feel of a community favorite and the food is made with love. Can't recommend this gem enough!”

“Was Working in town and decided to stop by as I’ve heard great things about UConn Diary Bar. There were commencements going on so lines were a little long but worth the wait. I got a medium 3 scoop black raspberry which was fresh and delicious. Definitely would go back again.”

“I love supporting local small businesses! This place does not disappoint. They are super friendly and always ready to answer any questions. I have tried many different things and I am always very pleased. Yesterday I picked up some of their strawberry jelly and it tastes just like my mom's used to. 💜 Its the first one I've been able to find and putting it on their bread made either even better! I also picked up the Hungarian mushroom soup. It was so tasty and full of mushrooms! If you haven't tried this spot definitely put it on your list! You won't be disappointed 🥰”

What really sets Trophy Room apart, though, are the bartenders—especially Olivia and Allison. These two are absolute stars behind the bar. Friendly, attentive, and always down for a quick chat or a solid recommendation, they make you feel right at home every time.

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!”
