So I go through the drive thru, and a female takes my order, and then silence so I sit there for a minute, nothing. I pull up to the window and sit there for a minute still no one, then a lady appears and says they are not open, but the sign says the open at 6 a.m and it's 6:30 so I wasted minutes waiting on them to say they were closed. Let's try to get a little more professional and responsible so people aren't wasting their time.

At 5:09 pm on April 12, I waited at the drive-thru speaker for close to 5 minutes, after not getting a response, I drove to the window and the employee came to the window and rudely told me to go back to the speaker. I left and went across the street and went to McDonalds and was served immediately. If Burger King's slogan is "You Rule" They need to live up to it and either greet me at the speaker or take my order at the window

Every time I go to eat to this BK, there's always some drama going on. Employees are disrespectful, managers are worse. I've seen them multiple time fighting and cussing customers that only asked about their food being done correctly because they messed up. Some customers were rude, yeah. But most of the people I've seen asking questions weren't and one time it got to the point of the employee almost throwing punches to the customer in front of his family. Me and my husband were treated badly just because we asked for ketchup. So overall, not worth it.Today was the last straw. It's supposed to close at 12am but it's been 30 minutes since we waited and no one showed up to take my order. No one

Went to drive thru. Got all the food we ordered and it was hot! Burger King in general food has gone downhill. Update. We went again because we didn't have time to eat before seeing my aunt at apple rehab. We went through the drive through and ordered some food and a couple of chocolate shakes. The pictures below are what they handed us for chocolate shakes. One guy brought the other served them. They should be ashamed for actually giving them to customers. If we had more time I would have went in and talked to a manager. Unbelievable. So they went from a 4 to a 2.
