I can't speak for other people but I thought the workers were polite and respectful for the most part,if you consider how much they have to put up with. The food was good the prices were appropriate. I'm speaking of the New Britain store by the way.
Just ordered Grogu Galactic combo using the mobile app, and wasn’t great. They were also running more than five minutes late and a small line formed. There were no napkins. I know it’s Burger King, but this was one of my less satisfying experiences.
Great burgers!!! Food is not always fresh here depending on staff but for the most part it is and if you’re in a hurry they are super fast!
