I did not eat here, just came to use the restroom. Blown away by the great interior and very clean and accessible bathroom!!! can’t speak on the quality of the food but the vibes were 10/10!!! there is a FISH TANK!!!!!!

Came inside to have them remake my macchiato. The Indian lady at the counter told me to go back to the dunkin that made my coffee??? Absolutely RUDE!!!! I won’t ever go back to location every AGAIN!!!

I was the only person in the Dunkin, nobody inisde or at the drive thru, and it was still so slow. Several people working, yet I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for food for only 3 people. Now, the food. Have you ever had a Boston Kreme? Well, I don't think the people working here have. The chocolate icing was pathetic, and the donut didn't even have any cream... We kept biting and biting... but nothing. What the hell? Slow service and terrible food, not coming back.

Ultimately, I barely had any cream cheese on my bagel and it’s annoying. This happens all the time we’re paying for it but they don’t give us what we pay for!!!!!! Infamous here for that!

Ray at Dunkin’ deserves a huge shoutout for his outstanding service! Every time I visit, he’s friendly, professional, and always greets me with a smile. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.

The food is always fresh, and I never have to worry about my order being wrong when Ray is there. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out—he even wipes the cups when there’s a spill, unlike others.

Thank you, Ray, for your consistency and kindness—you’re the reason I keep coming back! EVERY Dunkin needs a Ray!!

Its strange because the inside seating is particularly nice but the service has been bad the last several times I’ve gone early in the morning. Just seems people regularly having a bad day and showing it. No simple courtesy at drive through, I feel like a burden even ordering there frankly. Like showing up was a nuisance

Girls working here around 2 pm Sunday 4/5/25. Rude for no reason, said “can I get an orange juice” girl said back to me “ I don’t know can you” maybe she should be an elementary school teacher if she’s going to ask that to customers. Mid people working here at this hour

I’ve gone to this Dunkin on and off for a long time just because it’s the closest to my house and it seems like every few months they won’t stop raising the prices, $8.04 for a small iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese? The Dunkin on the other side of Cromwell is $7.34 for the same exact order. Even better if you go a few towns over it’s literally $6 for that exact order. This was my last time paying their crazy prices especially due to mediocre service, now that they have raised prices again.
