I’ve gone to this Dunkin on and off for a long time just because it’s the closest to my house and it seems like every few months they won’t stop raising the prices, $8.04 for a small iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese? The Dunkin on the other side of Cromwell is $7.34 for the same exact order. Even better if you go a few towns over it’s literally $6 for that exact order. This was my last time paying their crazy prices especially due to mediocre service, now that they have raised prices again.

Has been out of whip cream 3 times in the last week yet doesn’t prepare for that. When you order through the mobile app you have to call to get a refund because things with whip cream cost more money. Such an inconvenience.

Wife’s been sick last two times she got food here. Absolutely miserable. She found raw bacon in her croissant sandwich last night- in and out of the bathroom all day. I walked past the bathroom. Sounded like the faucet was running- nope. Just a river of Dunkin exploding out of my wife. The visit before that she gave some of her food to our dog. Not even a day later the same food comes rocketing out of his behind in the middle of a craft store aisle. This place used to be fine, but if you want to get food here now you’ll have to arm yourself with Powerade and Pepto Bismol for the reckoning that comes afterwards. Not a joke post. Just genuinely don’t know what horseman of the apocalypse they’ve hired within the past few weeks.

Service is horrible from the overnight staff. They constantly take long and push customers away in the drive with the "its going to be a while." Just a trash place.
Service was so poor, I Ordered 2 coffees, and was waiting couple of feet from the counter. Our coffee was prepared left on the counter. I waited for a long time and had to ask if that was ours. Arrogant service. Will never visit this place.

This location has the most "milk dud" employees who seem to hate being there. Specifically the drive thru crew. They are never nice, or look at you when speaking to you, taking your money, or giving you your order...no "goodbye," or "your welcome" when I thank them. D bags.
One time I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up while waiting in line at the drive thru(I was like 2 cars away from the speaker)...then I get to the speaker and tell them about the order I just placed...at the window the employee gives me an attitude and says "next time we need more than 5 mins to get the order ready"...what difference does it make if I order through the app in line, before I get to the speaker, or order at the speaker!?! You literally have the same amount of time to make 2 drinks and a food item or 2 from the moment I get to the speaker.
Then I order food for my company every week and they forget an item or mess up the order every other week. If they dont have an item I ordered through the app: they don't substitute it, they just don't put anything in the order essentially robbing me.
The inside of this location is very nice. The fish tank is a nice touch and is overall well maintained.
