Food is excellent and it's a true diner experience. My only issue was that the person who took my order over the phone did not submit it because when I arrived later than the time given, my food took the same amount of time to come from the kitchen. No big deal though.
I've been here hundreds of times, i even remember when it was the night club uncle A's in the 90's. I've had great, not so great, and down right ridiculously terrible experiences here. This morning I got the chicken fried steak, scrambled eggs, biscuit with sausage gravy. It also came with a very good home fries and a couple onion pieces. Was a nice stop for brunch with family. We were able to come in and sit comfortably. Service was quick and very attentive. The food was great, with just enough options. The strawberry mimosa was delightful. Also, there are no complaints about the bloody-marry perfect spice. We had a great time.
