Not only did they have a great selection but the cookies were fresh not hard and the ice cream was AMAZING!! All 100+ employees recommend them VERY HIGHLY!! “The ice cream is great! I love to support local, but the sllooowwww service needs to change! Two girls at the window, moving very slow, with no care in the world! The owner, outside talking to an obvious friend that is in line, not stopping to say I should go inside and help. We waited about a half hour to just get to the window to order, and there was only three people in front of us.“

“I went there for the first time and they have such a large selection of ice creams It was absolutely delicious.
Dietary restrictions: They had two options of sugar-free ice cream which I thought it was awesome

“We have been going for many years and even after a new owner to took over . The services have been always great . My one recommendation and it’s my favorite and had about it many years ago is to carry coconut flavored .. but other then that it’s continues to be a very busy hot spot and a nice hang out in the back . I love that place“

“It's Ben & Jerries. They are awesome. Though staff seem a little short staffed for the cleaning and last minute service needs. Seems like often one person is there to do it all. But may have been a call out that day. Always clean, variety offered.“

“My daughter and I go to this Sweet Frog location often as we live in town. We even continued to go during the height of the pandemic because it’s important to support small businesses. I never once complained when they barricaded their public bathrooms during Covid and didn’t allow anyone to use them. Not even when my daughter had an emergency bathroom situation did I complain. We went over to Whole Foods and figured it out. But tonight I felt not wanted there. Their posted hours for Friday state they are open 9:30pm. This is untrue they are open till 9. We arrived after an evening at the park around 8:40pm (plenty of time right). I was met with “Just so you know we’re closing in a minute”. No “Hi” no “Welcome to Sweet Frog”. I actually turned to the young man and said “I’m sorry?”. Because I was so taken back at the odd greeting I received. It was so cold and rude. I have no issues with a business letting me know it’s almost time to close. I won’t even enter a business super close to closing especially if I don’t believe I will be able to get out in time. From the reviews below this seems to be the norm here now. I have to say the Froyo is always good and always fresh and I’ve never had a problem with their products. It is expensive and they are back to weighing the cups again so just be prepared for at least $10-$12 for two ice creams at minimum.“
