When you arrive at the drive thru and you are the ONLY car there, I think it's reasonable to expect your order to be taken. But apparently, this McDonalds believes that you should wait for a car to arrive at the other drive thru lane and take their order. Then you should wait for a second car to arrive at that lane and take their order as well, but fail entirely to acknowledge the car that arrived first. Having placed a mobile order, we finally just pulled up to the pay window and gave them the code. And we explained that we had been ignored and 2 cars that arrived after us had their orders taken. We expected a simple, sorry about that, but instead the person working the drive thru told us we should have waited because she would have taken our order 'eventually'. I know it's difficult to find good help, but is it really that hard to say sorry when you make a mistake?
Food is great, no problems there. But the morning crew want nothing to do with you, your just another one🤷🏾♂️

We ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries and we're asked to pull off to the side for 30 minutes and they still got our order wrong. And then when we got our food it wasn't even hot. Only positive was the very nice apologetic young man who brought us our food- he deserves a raise.

Went in for a quick drink and had a wonderful experience with a worker, I believe his name was Julian. He spoke to me in Madeas voice, and instantly made me laugh. This location is better because of Julian Madea Simmons. 5 STAR all the way.

This is a clean restaurant and friendly employees. The door says they are open until 11pm but a lot of times the doors are locked at 10:30pm so I go elsewhere.

The LAZY workers here decided to shut the store down early. However the employees are too inconsiderate and only worry about themselves to shut off the online ordering. So they proceed to take my money and then tell me they decided to close early and that I would receive the money back. GUESS WHAT????? I DIDNT. Great work McDonalds. Another reason why the employees don't deserve a cent above federal minimum wage. Maybe the company can also invest in Rosetta Stone for English so you don't need an interpreter to complete an order.

I ordered for pickup via DoorDash and my order was packaged so nicely! The McCrispy and fries tasted fresh, my root beer crisp, and the shake and McFlurry cold and creamy. One of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had!
