Mizzu Asian Bistro & Hibachi

Asian style restaurant. Food was fine but not well presented. Portions were good. No wait
for a blandish plate. Poorly organized wait staff. We were a large party and they were unable to serve a couple at our table for over twenty minutes.

Go if you are hungry... Don't expect flair or amazing choices.

We have ordered here many, many times before. My office has always loved their sushi/hibachi. However, the last few times we have ordered we have been less than impressed. They forget items in our orders continuously, a few of us ended up getting sick with different dishes on the menu at the same time. Hoping it is not going to be the norm because this was our go-to spot for lunch every week. Staff is and always has been very nice.

Ordered delivery from Mizzu today, overall the food is very mediocre. The sushi did not taste very fresh. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t good. I definitely did not find my self savouring every bite like I usually do with rolls. Pictures on uber eats of their sushi rolls are very misleading, do not be fooled. Far less fish is included in the rolls than the pictures show. Food was definitely not consistent with a 4.5 star google review average.

What a fantastic surprise on a Tuesday evening while traveling for work. Everything was delightful, beginning with the service. There were 3 ladies and they worked together as a team. They wet courteous, attentive, and warm.

I enjoyed the Sake flight, Vietnamese spring rolls, the Butterfly appetizer with a side of white rice, and a bit of salmon sashimi. Everything was as it should be, fresh and flavorful. Thanks you for an awesome foodie experience.

We love this place, the food is always delicious and fresh and well-priced. The service is awesome! Michelle is a great hostess. Not to mention they have the best oysters on the planet!

Absolutely amazing! This is a place that almost seems like a hole in the wall. Not a ton of people know about it, but really, everyone should! Absolutely loved the food. Visiting from halfway across the country and decided to give this place a try. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with every dish we got. The food was absolutely amazing, the dining experience was great, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was good. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

A gem in the middle of CT! Highly recommend! Service was great and food delicious. We had the salmon hibachi — the fish was grilled perfectly and the chef roll — sushi was fresh!
