I have been in the drive-through about 4 times. I never like to give bad reviews. But, this location I have been talked down to. I will not say who (but it was the manager We pay over 8 dollars for a Carmel expresso coffee and no thank you. Also the location was shut down from the app and the manager said because they were under staffed. So, no points were given also. This is not acceptable. If you would like the recipient for the manager on duty please let us know over 25 individuals come everyday. Manager was vert rude. Saying we are to busy for everyone to have location because we are short staff. So we shut the location off

Disappointed in Starbucks coffee since they started using the “single serve machines.” The coffee lacks the robustness it once had. As an experiment I went to Dunkin’ and had one of their “Midnight” brews. Surprisingly good.

5 stars for customer service. The manager here fixed my matcha drink after having issues from another location. Much appreciated!

We stopped at this Cromwell location on Thursday 5/8 around 7 pm at night for 2 drinks, the girl with black hair at the drive through was so unprofessional and just miserable.
Didn’t say hi looked pissed, told us she couldn’t make the drinks because she was out of tea “with an attitude”
We asked for something different and she still didn’t get it right.
To top it all we paid $10.10 for 2 small teas and she asked if we wanted the change back or if she could keep it, rolling her eyes when we said no!
Worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had.

As with every Starbucks my mobile order 15 minutes after I arrived. Terrible experience though seems the same at every Starbucks.

Would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Asked for a gluten free item and they would not even wash the tongs to heat it up for me. Worked for Starbucks for four years and washed things for allergies all the time…sad that they wouldn’t even try when this was my only gluten free option around.

Super slow service despite many employees on the morning shift. Staff not knowledgeable. Ordered drinks and meals... Forgot our drinks and the size of the drinks and the sandwich order and needed instructions on how to make. Did apologize however and made a larger size as compensation. Had wanted to eat in, but because service took so long, had to take it to go! The sandwiches were delicious and fresh...😋

greeted immediately, manager stopped what he was doing and started making my drink / Jonathan on the name tag.
Then didn’t have enough of one ingredient I take back in and quickly was helped to making my drink the way I like. Good crew here

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Service is slow and awful. The workers are rude and unknowledgeable. The shift manager Sarina I think her name was had no idea of her own policies and has no idea of any of the products on the floor. The store is always dirty when she’s on the floor and the bathrooms are horrendous. They really let anyone work here it seems

The food and drinks were fine, but there was no soap in either bathroom and the hand sanitizer was also completely empty. When I told a staff member, her response was, “we’ll do our best to fill it but we’re short staffed”. That’s disgusting and completely unacceptable. I’m sure the staff restroom was also out of soap and they’re serving our food and drinks.

Wow, not sure I can come back to this Starbucks, which I’m there 4-6 times a week…. Holiday’s are busy! If you cannot handle busy do not be in customer service!
I ordered 3 drinks.. 1 coffee & 2 of the same Lattes hot…. And waited over 30 minutes. Waiting wasn’t the issue, only receiving 1 ok… but for the tall young tall guy behind the counter with the Red shirt, You had no right to humiliate me in front of a full cafe of customers. There were 5 employees working! “ you will get the second one when we make it” Well excuse me. 100% rude!!!!!!
This location is so unorganized ! There is always issues. There is NO need. Do not work in a fast pace environment if you cannot handle it. I am not happy at all !
