“Eddie, the bartender, was very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the beverage brands and mixer recipes. He also took the time to answer a few of my questions about the food menu, which I really appreciated. The fried calamari was fantastic! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing—perfect after the long ride we had. I was also impressed by how extremely clean the establishment was. I highly recommend stopping in!“

“We are never disappointed eating at Marcels. The prices are fair and the food is great! The waitstaff are always super nice and accommodating. Many of them speak Portuguese as their first language but they will figure out how to get your order right or find someone who speaks English to help you. The bar itself is just that...a bar...but the restaurant side is quiet and often empty, which we like! If you want affordable and delicious traditional Portuguese food, try Marcels!
