Very unprofessional staff
Bad representation to the Franchise, very unfortunate
I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to their attention, the situation was handled in a very unprofessional way. One of the employees became upset and threw the ice cream against the wall instead of resolving the issue. The overall experience remains positive, thanks in part to the owner’s concern for customer satisfaction. The staff, often young and nonchalant, work hard to ensure a joyful visit, even if some surfaces are a little sticky.
