Erica’s cake and cupcakes for my son’s birthday was everything he wanted! It was a hit at his birthday party and everyone loved the delicious 🎂 cake! She was so quick to reply and answer all my questions! Thank you for making his day extra special! :)
I’ve been using Erica for my husbands birthday cakes for 4 years now and she is INCREDIBLE!!! No matter how difficult a task or how many details I want to put into the cake, she always goes above and beyond. This year she added 3D printed figurines and details that not only look amazing but that we can keep as mementos after. My husband has details from every cake she’s made in his DJ room. Everything was so thoughtfully done, from the design to the smallest details. The cake was exactly what was envisioned and made the birthday extra special. From the very beginning, the service was wonderful and made the whole experience so easy. Everyone at the party kept commenting on how gorgeous the cake was and how delicious it tasted. The packaging was also perfect and everything arrived in excellent condition. For a husband’s birthday cakes over 4 years, no matter how difficult a task or how many details, the baker always goes above and beyond. This year she added 3D printed figurines and details that look amazing and can be kept as mementos. The flavor is incredible, the cake is perfectly moist, and the fillings are amazing. Every combination works so well together, making each bite delicious. When referred to “Dolce Mamma Mia,” she graciously accepted the challenge of a cake order on short notice, squeezed the order into her schedule, offered beautiful flower decoration options, and had a huge selection of flavors. Communication was always fast, and she kept me updated throughout every step of the process. The cake came out so beautiful that I wanted to keep it in my living room as décor, but we ended up eating it because it was absolutely delicious.
