“I actually go to the location in East Hartford... but both locations are delicious. My buddies and I from work go here at least once a week. The dogs are amazing, as are the burgers. Everything is cooked on the flat top grill, and as such, the burgers are not the big fat variety. If you know that going in, they are perfect. The staff is always very engaging and fun, the food is consistent, and I think the prices are very fair. Give these guys a shot... from breakfast sandwiches to lunch food, I have never been disappointed.”

“Hello All. I was on a mission. My wife had a taste for a pound cake, but not just any pound cake. She wanted a pound cake that tasted like her mom used to make. Well, it took some time to scan the internet and read some of the comments at other bakeries and I found myself very disappointed. As I was about to give up, I found Perfect Poundcakes. I read the comments from their customers and I thought I would give them a try. I placed my order online. When I picked up my poundcake I was greeted by a friendly staff that took extreme pride in their product. When I arrived home, my wife instantly recognized the aroma that brought her back to some wonderful memories of her mom. Going forward Perfect Poundcakes will be a part of our family events. “This review is a part of my quest of visiting all CT breweries. I've been to East Hartford Brewing in December 2023, but decided to pay another visit.

This is a small brewery. It is hard to notice from the road, so pay attention to your map. There are two parking lots available, the closest one is pretty small. No food is sold inside. They have a patio for warmer months and a separate building that only works during warmer months, but I didn't have a chance to visit those. The main brewery space is freezing, it was not insulated well.

The beers here are great. There are multiple styles available: scotch ale, lager, sour, IPA and so on. Generally, one beer per style. The beers are really good. Between the visits, I tried all the beers they have except seasonals. My favorite is Amazing Grace (Barrel aged scotch ale). The beers were available in beer flights of four before, but not during my last visit.

This is an awesome place to visit for any craft beer enthusiast and it is worth a separate trip. I would only suggest going here during the warmer weather.”

Miss Claire (spellcheck) was very nice upon request for an order of cocktail patties . I recently purchased a few dozens for my graduation party and my guest loved them .Every patty was delicious, my favorite is the ackee and saltfish. 10/10 recommend .

Love the grinders, pizza, and definitely the wings. I can definitely recommend this place. Its quaint, and a relaxed setting. “I recently discovered this African restaurant. The grilled chicken is really delicious and that together with their fried yam is my favorite. Their portions are good and the menu is typically Ghanaian. They are easy to locate, have ample parking and pricing is moderate.”
