“It was a bit crowded on Saturday morning. They only had one person at the register and the rest of the staff worked drive thru which l thought was weird. It made the wait longer as a result but the young man was fast and polite. Nice and clean building.“

“3/28/25 3am- At first I was a little put off by the reviews, but I used to work at dunkin as a teenager, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went anyways. I had to be at work for 4am, so I went through the drive thru around 3am. It only took 45 seconds from the time I ordered to when I pulled out of the parking lot. My bagel twists were fresh and warm, and the staff were very polite and on point. They seemed to work very well as a team. As far as some of the reviews about people being upset that they didn't have the doughnuts they wanted, the orders usually aren't placed by managers. They are set by corporate. Dunkin stopped making doughnuts in store about 20 years ago. One busy day of selling out won't usually change the regular order for a random weekday if that day usually throws out a lot. For larger customer orders placed days in advance, the manager can request extra, but that doesn't mean their store will get them. People need to relax a bit on judging food service workers so harshly. Yes, there are lazy people out there, I'm not talking about them. Working for Dunkin, especially certain franchises, is an awful and underpaid job where you see the worst of society on days. I've always had a very hard work ethic, but it was a regular occurrence that people would throw their hot coffee at you if they were in a bad mood. Dunkin doesn't let their employees stand up for themselves either. We were told to apologize, smile, and offer to remake the coffee for a person who assaulted us with it. That job is physically and emotionally taxing.“

“Erica! I was just in there to order a double and frys and nuggets. She then gave me the best option for my particular order. Not a big deal unless u compare it to other cus service workers. Then I watched her help two more people and give them prices off the top of her head that she's memorized for like every sandwich. Well done.“

“I look forward every time Anjel gets back from college. Truly the BEST employee this Dunkin has ever seen, probably in CT. I think she's been there for over a year now but you have to catch her on school breaks. She is always the NICEST, MOST ATTENTIVE, CARING EMPLOYEE even at 4 in the morning!! They truly aren't making employees like her anymore, everyone else at this Dunkin truly doesn't know what they're doing and my order is always wrong when its someone else. anjel needs to be training EVERYONE! I only wanna come here if Anjel is taking my order. GIVE HER A RAISE AND PROMOTION!. she is my go-to TIP HER PEOPLE!!“
