“Great bar and dining service within Double Tree Hotel. When I'm in town, I get the standby chicken Cali sandwich which is always tasty and healthy. The bartender is attentive, as are the servers. Never a let down when I travel here. Good people.“

The rice with beef stew and Tostones is the best I have ever had( sorry Mom). My wife and I started going there frequently whenever we visited the casino nearby however after about a dozen visits we started going for the food alone. Yes it is that good. I was raised on spanish food and have had many varieties of the servings they offer but the Chef at Sol Karibe is by far the best spanish food I have ever had.
