“Family style bar and restaurant. I've had a thick juicy cheeseburger and the fish and chips. Both dishes were nice large portions of flavorful and fresh tasting and well seasoned food. The place is friendly and well appointed. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The patrons are having fun socializing with each other. There are even families, but no young children. They are a mix of young and old. People are dressed in casual work clothes.“

“I was at Kbarr 2 Friday's ago June 16th to be exact I had a great time. I just missed the happy hour ?? lol but still had a great time food was amazing Maddie the bartender was great made the best rum punch I've ever had it was better than the rum punch I was drinking in Jamaica...the food was great as well as the atmosphere I definitely can't wait to go back to see my Girl Maddie she's my new favorite bartender. “Awesome place to make your own plate and watch it be cooked right before your eyes. The food settles in your stomach alittle hard but while you eat its enjoyable. The alcohol beverages are good. Dont go when they first open. The flat top they cook on isnt hot enough and the food comes out halfway cooked, the veggies are still hard. White rice ypu ask the server for its free :) Overall a great place to eat.“
“Typical bar, give me Winchester vibes.Went here for a quick drink and some food while my son was across the street for a movie night.Food was delicious, extra cheese and all of it wonderful. We grabbed an order of nachos and the sampler platter and mozzarella sticks were extra cheesy. Prices were awesome, would definitely check it out again.“
“TJs is a sports bar with great food and immaculately clean. The burger ? tastes like steak! I have had three of them and they are the "best burger" I personally have had in Connecticut. It's small in a cozy, way and the 8 TVs are set up so you can see NFL or Basketball anywhere you sit. It's really perfect for 3 friends & you to play pool and eat, or a casual "date night" because there are booths you can snuggle up in. I usually just go to the bar side; but the restaurant side has 8 small booths so you can take mom or a friend to a tasty lunch. The menu is quite large but I personally stick to burgers.“
“So for anyone who doesn't know the Hive Bar has a beautiful Hall. They could accommodate weddings, parties and small events. Has a fireplace and a stage. We loved it for our daughters first birthday. The owners were wonderful to work with. Everything was set up the way we were told. Brian was very professional and catered to all our needs. “The food is excellent. The owner really puts love into her handmade dishes. Fresh ingredients make this spot a hidden gem. Try the shrimp rolls and the fried rice. Banging!!! Especially in a late night where all the restaurants are closed she is still cooking. ❤️ They have a juke box that has a good selection of pretty much anything. You can hear anything from Mobb Deep to the Eagles at this bar. Nice space to host a catered gathering as well as a small outdoor patio to enjoy the evening. Super cute spot. “The owners are good friends so we dropped by to say hello, share a few stories and enjoy a beer. They invited us to partake of the buffet that was winding down. The food was excellent. We only stayed a short while because we were distracting them from their duties. They were setting up for karaoke when we left.“
