“Exactly what you want in a little sandwich shop, good food, soup, and a grumpy old man behind the counter. Is he a little abrupt? Sure, but maybe you would be too if you spent the last 40 years telling people to order at the other counter under the two very obvious signs I somehow missed. “Staying at the sheraton nearby convenient place to get a quick bite. Went there around 10am wasn't busy. Food was prepared quickly and got what i asked for. Service is excellent. You can get you bagel and coffee and eat right outside they have a few tables and chairs in the vestibule. Cris was very polite and brought your order out to you while you wait.“

“The employees here are always SO kind and fix problems even when they aren’t their fault (like third party delivery drivers not delivering orders). They go above and beyond to help and are very understanding. Food is always prepared on time and well. 🙂“

“Their food is amazing but customer service needs Improvement the woman thats picks up the phone to take orders can be rude, pushy and tries to make you rush when ordering at times, but the food is somewhat worth dealing with her. The one thing I must say its negative is that when I order 2 large rice and meals they are cheap with their soy sauce and duck sauce I mean the real duck sauce not that apple sauce they try to pass as it. We buy a feast 2 duck sauce and 2 soy sauce I tell them send extra dont mind paying for them she says OK OK OK and still get nothing.“
