“I have never ordered from this location before, so after placing my order online, I GPS how to get there. I was clueless as to where the location was because it brought me to Saint Francis Hospital. After asking around I was informed that I had to go inside the hospital because Panera was in there. Finally after parking and walking all the way down the road I found it! ( not knowing I could had parked closer ? ) Once I got there, I picked up my online order and I wanted some bakery goodies while I was there. This amazing woman named Christine was helping me out and giving me suggestions as to what tastes amazing as everything there looks great. Now if you want to talk about next level service, after getting so excited for these goodies I was bringing home, I realized I did not have my card or phone to pay with. I didn’t want to walk another 10 minutes down the road and then 10 minutes back there to get these goodies so I just told her forget it I won’t bother getting them . Christine graciously offered to take care of it for me and I was so aesthetic. No one‘s ever done something like that for me. I myself am a manager at a restaurant and I’m always giving things away free items to guests who are celebrating special occasions. I guess today was my day to get something in return for free Christine I just want you to know I am so grateful for your service and the way that you were with me today!!!! Thank you!!!! Take care of her Panera because amazing employees like her are hard to come by and also hard to keep!Yours truly,Xoxo Crystal“
“I recently walked in on a Sunday when they first opened. Wanted some good ole General Tso’s from somewhere! It was hot, fresh and very delicious. Side note, I haven’t been here in yrs before this day. My go-to back then was chicken wings w/beef fried rice.“
“This location is in hartford Hospital. We have been in the emergency room for almost 13 hours. The people at Panera bread have made it more tolerable. Delicious muffins and wicked hot coffee are great. It's the people. That's what makes this work. Going the extra mile. Being friendly, being gracious.Thank you so much. Especially Irene!“
“Same owner as the former Ming Dynasty in Rocky Hill. The food is great quality. Most Chinese takeouts can be bland and greasy, but the food here is flavorful and clean. The prices are affordable, and best of all, the owner and staff are super sweet. Highly recommend Ming Garden!“
“I first stopped by here for a quick breakfast about 2 months ago. I ordered the Ricotta Toast with a side of home fries. The pistachios and honey complimented the ricotta perfectly, and the portion was filling. I recently ordered lunch with my sister and niece - I got the Tuna Melt on a ciabatta roll with a side of fries. Again, the portions were filling and the tuna melt was simply delicious. My niece and sister both enjoyed their sandwiches - Turkey Melt with tots and fries - and appreciated the size of the bread. I look forward to trying other breakfast and lunch options soon!“
“I've heard about this place soon after I met my husband who raved about it. Today he was working out that way and got Pho to cook at home. He arrived at 9:58 am and it was closed. At exactly 10 am the door opened and 5 cars pulled up.. Order placed. Order packed. Paid and out the door 10:05, including shrimp spring rolls. The decor is simplistic and functional. No frills, but the food is the draw, not the wallpaper. Finale: all ingredients packaged w/ "Pho for Dummies" content. Put the richest, delicious stock in pan. Heat until simmer. Add bag 1 . Onions, protein, herbs. Add noodles/extra 1 minute. Ladle into bowls, top with/ sprouts etc. Daily item.... Pho. Sat/Sun menu is more exciting. My only choice when available.“
“My family got together here for a birthday and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and service was great. They even noticed it was a birthday celebration, played "Happy Birthday" and dropped off a surprise dessert (very kind, thanks again!). I had a pork bánh mì which was delicious. Definitely recommend!“
“I have been a faithful Tapas customer since their West Hartford/Elmwood location. Food is delicious and always so fresh. Can't speak about the desserts other than the baklava, which is also always delicious. The only downside is the takeout only option.“
“Spicy Sriracha Noodle with Grilled Chicken is go good its my go to. Siam Corner Beef and Drunken noodles are both fantastic as well. The pork dumplings and crab ragoon with Edame are go to apps. The peanut sauce leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, we love this place.“

While making it, she said "I'll add everything you want on it" I chose salad tomatoes and pickles, she recommended barbecue dressing which I said yes to! I also bought some cereals bars. I whish I could go back !!!Anyway, very cool place and nice people and goooood food !I went to eat my sandwich outside not so far on a table and it was VERY good. Thank you !“
