Food was okay but wait times were very long. It took 30+ minutes for my to get my food and for some other customers they had to wait over an hour. Avoid coming here when it’s the most busy, typically during lunch (12-2) and dinner (7-9).
Excelente es mi lugar favorito para comer. Loco que hagan uno en PR.

I have never ordered from this location before, so after placing my order online, I GPS how to get there. I was clueless as to where the location was because it brought me to Saint Francis Hospital. After asking around I was informed that I had to go inside the hospital because Panera was in there. Finally after parking and walking all the way down the road I found it!
