Writing this review while I’m still sitting here because it was that good. My three friends and I decided to try somewhere new, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warm, friendly energy.

I'm a frequent patron at the Cibus Dos location in Stratford. I had never visited the Fairfield location until a recent random Saturday night.
I stopped in without a reservation, dinner for 2. Bar was fully open, few tables available. I'd recommend making reservations during warmer weather. I can see this place packed during Spring, Summer seasons.

The food is fantastic, and the service was great as well. This is definitely a spot everyone should try for great versions of Latin American favorites (oxtail, ropa vieja, mofongo, ceviche...). Unique drinks and the plating is fantastic. Fill this place up, and keep the vibes going.
