The female employee is okay but they alway's seem annoyed that you came in and I love cold-stones BUT I find this location to be unprofessional. The employees - although they are okay they are alway's in very unprofessional clothing even pajamas and slippers with not even socks on as if they were at home hanging out. Great spot to hangout with friends and kids. And the services provided by the Monica and liaaba are extremely good. They were so humble, polite and they make great ice creams . Seriously must visit once to taste their ice creams they were so good.

Was alright. Nothing I would run back to. We were the only 2 customers in the store but it seemed kinda messy. A bit disorganized. Had a large selection of flavors and toppings. Ice cream was good.
