Thank God Google reviewers are being heros by warning people of their horrible customer service. A manger literally yelled in my face and told me to use the app when I tried to get a order and most of the employees dont believe in sauces and dont understand you. Horrible customer service expect a horrible time.
Don't go there the lady there seems she hate her job also coman Macdonald 13.39 dollar for 2 cheese burger you guys should behold by the law for the prices
I was driving up to CT today and I stopped at the Fairfield service center for a coffee. Seems only McDonalds and Dunkin’ Donuts are left here. Most kiosks are empty.
I got my coffee from McDonalds and it was very good. Tasted fresh, not stale.
Service lady was very friendly and got my coffee quickly even though they were fairly busy.

McDonald's at the service plaza offers hot, fresh food served quickly. However, prices are higher compared to other locations, especially for sandwiches. Customers appreciate being informed of prices beforehand. Expect to pay $10-18 for a meal.
