What happened to this place?! 😭
My family and I used to make the 20-minute drive from Stamford to Fairfield specifically to enjoy Milkcraft because it was such a unique experience. The freshly made liquid nitrogen ice cream was what made this place special and different from your average ice cream shop.

Bourbon breakfast and strawberry balsamic were really good
A shadow of its former self. The ice cream is no longer made to order. The four big custom mixers where they used to mix your cream with liquid nitrogen in front of you are gone, leaving only freezers containing pre-made ice cream to be scooped. The flavor is still good though.
