“Tucked away in the center of East Hampton is this gem of Asian Fusion restaurants in Connecticut. Innovative dishes created by outstanding chef Po. We recently tried their Spicy Shrimp Dumplings. These are not your tired old fried dumplings, perfectly steamed pillows of shrimp and vegetables in a sauce to die for. Do not miss this appetizer. Main course was Morgan's Apple Prawns. Large shrimp lightly coated in potato flour and delicately fried "tempura style", tossed with crisp apples over a bed of lettuce with an amazing ginger soy dressing create a dish that far exceeds all expectations. A must order! The only thing that surpassed the unique, excellent food was the exemplary service. Make it a point to plan a dinner at Po's, I guarantee you will be wowed!“
