Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Beamhouse with my partner. She opted for a porchetta entrée, the culinary execution and taste was commendable. As for myself, I chose the wood-fired Margherita di Bufala. Beautiful restaurant and probably the place to be in the warmer weather because of their outdoor dining option. I loved their look and atmosphere. Great service and I liked the limited lunch choices. I started with the humus appetizer, great vegetables and pita chips for dipping, it wasn't served warm like I was hoping, however, the Extra Virginia Olive Oil and garnishing made it perfect.
