Place does not seem well run. The only server is a kind, middle-aged woman who doesn't speak very much English, yet she's left to fend for herself even when there's a long line. The franchise is dingy and disorganized: it could really use better management.
When it’s good, it’s great - but especially lately the quality has been lacking. Two things they tend to get wrong - rushing warming up the burrito wrap so that it doesn’t “stick” to itself on wrapping. And then the wrap itself has been shamefully bad, whole thing falls apart as you’re eating it.
They used to have some expert wrappers but not anymore. It’s an art, for the prices nowadays it should be done right.

I ordered a whole wheat wrap for my burrito and the preparer clearly gave me a white wrap. I confirmed it before they started preparing it but I was still given a white wrap. Annoying since this was not what I paid for.
